Love Taco Bell (food) itself. As for the app - it constantly crashes. I have to delete it EVERY time I want to order, having only about 30 mins of usage before it crashes on me again. This has been going on for several months, through several "updates." And please, don't tell me to reach out for support because you "care so much." It won't do anything, I can see in ratings that "support" is unresponsive. Just trying to save people the trouble of getting involved if they're considering it.🤷🏻‍♀️

App isn't too bad, when it works. Need to add a special instructions section. Should be a no brainer to replace nacho cheese with refried beans on a stacker (as an example), but apparently the local store cannot figure it out that I want an old double decker taco (which is silly that a double decker is off the menu to begin with, given all the ingredients are there for other things - but that's a different story)

Absolute dogshit app. Used to be at least functional, but for >year now it hardly ever works. Custom toppings often don't register as having been added, combo meals often break, and the payments options break all the time (credit card never works, despite adding it multiple times! Also, the interface for even updating a credit card doesnt work in-app). Even only way to get it to work (and only like a 20% chance at that) is clearing the app's cache/local storage and re-signing in. Trash app
