This is fun, but if you lose Internet at any point even if you reconnect, the "no Internet connection" screen never disappears and prevents you from playing. Closing and reopening the app during this issue breaks the game and causes it to not load up. I like this game but these problems are detrimental for me as I don't always have perfect internet connection.

I really like this game but several days ago decided to pay for the season pass and immediately after paying it kicks me out and for the last several days I haven't been able to play a single match. Sadly, I can't open the game. As the game loads is when I get the error message, simply saying, "Please try again later. So, with that being said, I have no way of reporting an issue in the game. I have already tried deleting the game and re downloading it, and still nothing.

Terrible server/connection issues on the developer's end. I regularly play MMO app games and never have connectivity issues. They happen here FREQUENTLY, and they have done zero to fix the issue. Causes you to disconnect, lose trophies, etc. The P2W and ad heavy aspect of getting chests to open quicker is a nuisance and there needs to be a better way to progress early game players. Overall, it's a mediocre Arcanists ripoff with a development team behind it that seems very lazy, unfortunately.
