The app does a really bad job at showing relevant search results. For example, I'll search for a station within the Gothenburg area that I've searched for many times before, yet somehow the top 5+ results show me stations that are over 50km away. It's incredibly frustrating sometimes, especially since it used to work just fine in the old Reseplaneraren app.

The app works pretty well, havent had any issues with using my card on the app nor with it being able to pull up stops but only after I've looked up where I want to go on google maps to get the stop names. Also it's in English and I cannot for the life of me change it to Swedish which (as a swede) would make my life easier in finding the stops and where to go. I checked the settings and it does not have an general button to get to languages, only card settings. its highly frustrating.

The app is quite convenient when taking transports in Västra Götaland, but the escalation of "online security" is crazy: if you use a Swedish bank, the only way to buy a bus ticket in the app is to identify yourself with mobile BankID. This is supposed to be the equivalent of showing a physical ID document every time you purchase a bus ticket. It seems somewhat absurd that an ID verification is required for EVERY single purchase in the app, no matter how small.
