The app is great, except when trying to look at your seats, regardless of inter connectivity status or stability of the servers, it gives you an error that reads "We are unable to retrieve seating information at this time. We apologise for any inconvenience." and prevents you from changing or reviewing your seats. Please fix this ASAP.

Poorly designed app: if you are not an Australian, or one of the few other allowed nationalities, you cannot create an account and thus you cannot retrieve a booking (for tracking the baggage, for example) after you have landed. I don't care about frequent flyer program. Just let me be able to retrieve previous flights

One star is too many. Doesn't work without registering with rewards program which is drowned in advertising. Programming so bad I had to enter my details 4 separate times because it broke right near the end each time. When I finally got in, none of the features work. How do their planes stay in the sky if they can't do websites or phone apps?

To start Journey Tracker, enable push notifications and add your upcoming VA flight to the VA app. Then open the VA app within three hours of flying. Journey Tracker is available to guests flying between Brisbane, Melbourne, and Sydney. We will rollout support for our other destinations as soon as possible.
