You guys really need to fix the app. I, like many others, am having an issue with the app not showing the video feed. Also, the panel doesn't always stay connected to our wifi. The app freezes when trying to reconnect it remotely from the app. Please fix it! The issue is well documented by many, so no need to respond with an email address to email to when the issue is widespread. Please just fix the issue.

Ok but even with the latest update the chime extender still doesn't mimic the panel. And the app often will still show that a door is open several minutes after it's been closed. It didn't used to do this, but it's been happening now for several weeks. Update: I called customer service about the chime extender, and after a lot of troubleshooting, they finally said, "oh yeah... We said it would mimic the panel, but it doesn't. Oops." So emailing in won't help. Please let me know when it's fixed.

This is the absolutely worst security system and app I've ever seen. Can't respond to live camera notifications, can't play back video, can't even turn on/off the deter. I'm so very tired of trying to get the app to do ANYTHING. It just freezes. Force stop, clear cache, open, close, force stop, ad nauseum until I want to give up my investment in this system and go with ADP. Do not buy this.
