It seems to me this app is unfinished. I purchased the earbuds with lifetime offline translation. When everything arrived, I downloaded the software and redeemed the lifetime card. Even downloaded the language. Now when I try and use offline mode, I'm prompted to download again, even though the software at the top of the screen says I have a valid offline already installed. I even tried the forever card a second time to be told it was already redeemed.

I found my birth family and they live in Bangalore India and the language that my birth father speaks is a form of Hindu called Kannada.. Since my birth father and his wife speak very poor English I purchased this so I could communicate with them and it is amazing I've had no issues with the translating and speaking to my family.. I highly recommend these earbuds...

Crash on start. I entered my email address and password to create an account and it crashes on after that screen. Now it crashes on start every time.
