I was really disappointed with my experience using this food delivery app. I was promised that my order would arrive within 30 minutes, but it ended up taking over an hour! When I reached out to customer service, they seemed unhelpful and didn't provide any clear answers. If the app can't deliver on its timing promises, it's not worth using. I expected better service, and I won't be ordering through this app again.

This is my first time to order from Talabna, I was so surprised my order came very quickly they mentioned 30-40 mins but it came less within 30 minutes, the food is still not and in very nice condition, so delicious and the driver was also very friendly and kind. I have paid 27 instead of 51 dirhams, not to mention the free delivery, and no small order fee . Despite all the negative and bad reviews I've decided to try it and wallah it was a very nice experience.
