I need to use the main app but I can't, it shows the Green Update Screen Overlaying the app and preventing me from that, even after I have updated the Token app.😔 I understand the complexity to make a secure app, but the apps should be tested well before publishing.

The solution that worked for me for the "update soft token app" problem was as follows: 1. Open the ST app and choose to reactivate (I also reinstalled the ST app which may have been an extra step that wasn't needed) 2. In the ST app enter the main app user name and password 3. You will receive an authentication code via SMS 4. Enter the authentication code in the ST app 5. Create a new ST app PASSWORD and now it should be back in service as it used to **Using online banking on PC didn't help**

This app is the worst app ever. It's really suitable for this STUPID bank management. I'm outside the country trying to transfer my balance since two months ago. NO Answer to the International call service and can't login in this stupid app. Hopefully managers working there to stop being stupid and solve this problem. I'LL CLOSE MY ACCOUNT IN THIS BANK ONCE I GET MY BALANCE BACK.
