App crashes when it is building your program for you. I'm not sure but it could be because I initially tapped depression but then changed it to a different selection in the issues list before continuing onto the next section. It acted like it didn't register that I changed my selection because it still asked questions about that instead of the option I actually selected before moving on.

Our systems tell us we are 100% crash free currently, however, the app will not load fully if you are not connect to either a wifi or cellular network - perhaps this could, be the issue? Excellent advice. Dr. Meadow's soothing voice could put anyone to sleep. Acceptance and Commitment works. Just give your brain time to learn it and to rewire for sleep. It has taken me about 3 months, but now I can sleep all night. Before I was getting about 3 hrs per night due to acute anxiety. Exercise, stretch, dim down the lights, get off the phone 1 hr before bed, etc...just give this app a try. and read the book! Update August 27, 2021: Still benefiting much from the nightly meditations.

Have been doing this course off and on for quite a long time. Quite a lot to take in and do need to be committed. It is definitely a more gentler approach than other courses and also is a course that could be followed by older, or disabled people. The critizism of this coach is that because insomnia is so complex you do need someone who contacts you each week to advise and check your progress. Then I am sure it would be a really successful way to end the misery of insomnia.
