Slightly misleading in that you only get 1 day's routine free then have to upgrade to progress. This app will not get you a six pack (that requires an awful lot more work!), but is a good introduction to an exercise routines and may start you off on the way. I like its slightly quaint design - the very antithesis of most exercise apps and there are good settings variations. As it's starter level, it could do with instructional videos. But for me, I need longer than the first routine to assess whether it's worth an upgrade, so I'm out.

I'm a beginner again after decades of workout, so I wanted something that I could handle & you can change 3 levels of difficulty as you get better. I've tried other workouts that were often too hard for a beginner. I always found myself going back to these exercises. They're doable & the time limit is within reason. I actually didn't realise I started off with medium difficulty, so I'm happy I can handle it.

Seems to be good content, but if you want me to upgrade for 8eur a month, I am lacking technical upgrade, that can be of course optional: 1.audio explanation 2.counting to keep pace and number of repetition 3.automatic transition from one exercise to another- it cuts the flow to press 2 times per 1 exercise. Best, Laura
