Un informative, simple animations make for super unclear instructions. Basic "workout" things. A lot of which don't actually do anything for you physically. Like star jump. More likely to break your ankle than loose a few pounds. Just do squats and leg raises for 20 seconds a day and you won't even need this app.

i recommend It actually works! Omg. This is literally heaven, I've always been overweight, I love this app. Like really i wish I found this sooner. I'm speechless 😶 🗣️.this app is the best thing I've found, but i just can't pay for it.. other than that honestly it works. Best thing I've downloaded so far, i wish there were more apps like this. But yeah! So good I'm so happy, Starting 130Ibs.😢🗣️. Good luck on your journeys, best of luck as well i also recommend, workout, jogging. And more🗣️

Great to get ur heart rate up, especially if you are starting out after a very long time. I can definitely do this routine every day...a little bit everyday will add up to a lot. Quick and easy and allows you to get done with all your other tasks awaiting you.
